Love of Reading makes Imaginations grow

Reading

My parent always let me have a book to read growing up.  I have a old 

collection of “Nancy Drew” books, horse books and comic books.

Reading is so important!  Reading lets a child use their imagination.

They can imagine being the character. Reading can be so magical.

When I was pregnant with my son, I read to my tummy all the time.

After he was born, I read to him all the time. He grew up loving books.

We would go to Target and have to go look at books first. We had a Hastings,

they had tables and chairs. We would gather books, go sit and look to see which

book, we would purchase. I joined book clubs for him.

We have so many books!  I tried to sell some books in a garage sale. I 

won’t do that anymore.  I regret getting rid of those books.

Every child is different on what they like to read.  My son has always love

reading encyclopedias, science, history, animals and dinosaurs books.

Every night, we would read a bedtime story. 

While they are little, encourage reading.  

I’m working on a You Tube Channel.  I will be reading my son’s 

favorite books when he was little.  You will have to stop by. It will be a 

little rough around the edges, I don’t have the right equipment.

I will use my phone for right now.
